"Cobia for Cash" Tournament 08’

Tournament starts March 1- 31, 2008.

Entry fee is $20 per angler.

Tournament is 100% payout.

Cobia Tournament Rules:

1. The owners of Whitey’s reserve the right to disqualify any angler believed in acting in an unsportsman like manner.
2. Fish must be caught on rod and reel, no mutilated, speared, frozen or old fish will be weighed.
3. All anglers wishing to participate shall pay the entry fee for this tournament of $20.
4. Neither withdrawal nor disqualification shall warrant a refund of any kind. Absolutely no refunds shall be granted.
5. Nothing in these tournaments rules shall be constructed to limit or restrict the authority of the owners to modify, add, delete or make other such changes to these rules as deemed necessary to their discretion.
6. All fish will be weighed at the scales at Whitey’s.
7. An employee on duty at the time may only weigh fish during business hours.
8. The official commencement of this tournament is 5:30am on the morning of Saturday, March 1, 2008. The tournament will run until close of business on Monday, March 31, 2008.
9. There will be a 100% pay out of all entry fees.
10. All participants must enter prior to fishing for the tournament.
11. In the event of a tie, the first fish to the scale is held winner.
12. All IGFA rules apply. All current federal and state regulations apply.
13. Only one prize per entry will be awarded.
14. Any protest must be submitted in writing to the Owners of Whitey’s no later than 9:00 PM Monday, March 31. The judgment of the Owners will be final; by virtue of signing the registration all participants agree to the final decision of Whitey’s.
15. Anglers may fish from any Inlet along the Atlantic Coast.
